Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the United States only.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box Addresses.

All curated gift boxes have a flat rate shipping fee.

All shipping fees for products that are not a curated gift box will be calculated at checkout.

We will fulfill orders placed before 11am CST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

Once the order is fulfilled, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on location.

We ship Monday - Friday, 9am - 3:30pm CST.

We are closed Saturdays and Sundays, all orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled on the next business day.

If you are notified that your package has been delivered or that your tracking states delivered and you have never received it, we recommended you to try to locate it by calling the carrier. Beyond that, this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to a number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier and take up the lost package process with them.

If the delivery of the package has been unsuccessful there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address and we have received the package sent back to us, we're happy to send a replacement, but will need to charge again the shipping fee associated with the order.

If there is a certain date you need guaranteed shipment by, please contact us before your order and we will try to accommodate.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If there is a damaged item from shipping, we will replace this item individually, but we will require a photograph emailed to us for proof of damages. Once we receive and confirm, we will send replacement following the standard shipping process above.
